Glad you're feeling stronger and hopefully your stomach thing is cleared up.<br /><br />Re: your question about breakfast, I'm as guilty as everyone else of just falling into the habit of eggs. Sausage & eggs scrambled together, with some cheese. Alternately I will have a banana with some almond butter, and some cheese. Sometimes I will have some ham or turkey slices, some fruit and cheese. But breakfast gets to be pretty mundane. I'm not a big yogurt eater, but some greek yogurt with fruit & honey would be good, I bet. I don't eat any grains, so that eliminates a whole "genre" of traditional breakfast foods.
