Easy WOD today as still not feeling 100%.
Back Squat 5X3
85, 105, 115, 125, 130
This is 20lbs off my PR, but I felt really strong today. Even 130 felt pretty easy. All that said, the last time I did a 5X3 backsquat was November...a freakin' long time ago. Plus, with no spotters, I'm not about to screw up my back. Can't wait to hit this again.
Finisher: Mile run--8:30...just takin' it easy. Lots of stretching.

Good job on the back squats. Glad you're feeling stronger and hopefully your stomach thing is cleared up.
Re: your question about breakfast, I'm as guilty as everyone else of just falling into the habit of eggs. Sausage & eggs scrambled together, with some cheese. Alternately I will have a banana with some almond butter, and some cheese. Sometimes I will have some ham or turkey slices, some fruit and cheese. But breakfast gets to be pretty mundane. I'm not a big yogurt eater, but some greek yogurt with fruit & honey would be good, I bet. I don't eat any grains, so that eliminates a whole "genre" of traditional breakfast foods. I just bought some coconut flour and have found tons of promising recipes (biscuits, crepes, etc.) but need to find time to experiment.
